Frequently Asked Questions
- Prayer times are inaccurate. Go to Settings → Calculation Method and choose the method used in your country. Make sure location permission is granted.
- No athan sound playing. Make sure Athan is enabled in Settings and your device is not on silent mode.
- The app is in the wrong language. The app automatically uses your device language. Go to iPhone Settings → General → Language & Region to change it. Supported languages: English, Arabic, French, Turkish, Urdu, Indonesian, Malay, Bengali, Somali, Hausa, Swahili, Persian, Bosnian, Albanian, and Kazakh.
- Quran audio not playing. Quran audio requires an internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Qibla compass is wrong. Calibrate your iPhone compass by moving it in a figure-8 motion. Avoid metal surfaces.
- Notifications not showing. Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → Muslim Prayer Times & Athan and make sure notifications are allowed.
